I’ve been seeing a few posts lately about French Bulldogs getting red, moist skin patches that seem to get worse really quickly. That made me wonder how often it starts with just a little licking or scratching before turning into something more obvious.
I was trying to read up on it and found one explanation that made the pattern easier to understand:
French Bulldog Hot Spots: Early Signs, Common Causes, and Safe Ways to Help
What I found interesting is that it sounds like the skin issue is often connected to something else underneath, like allergies, ear problems, or moisture in the folds.
Has anyone here noticed a pattern with their Frenchie — like flare-ups after baths, hot weather, or allergy season?
