Bumps on my 12 week old Frenchie Belly

My 12 week old Frenchie started to get a little rash on his belly today. I haven’t changed his diet and he got a few shots 2 weeks ago so I don’t think it’s from that. When I let him out to use the bathroom this morning, the grass was pretty wet so I’m wondering if it is irritated because of that. Has anyone else’s Frenchie experienced something similar to this? Any advice/tips to help with the bumps would be appreciated!

Of not anywhere else on the body.... probably is from the grass. Try to remember to wipe when coming back in

Agreed.

I have a container of unscented, sensitive skin wipes by each door in my house so no matter where we go out or come in, I can wipe my girl down. Mine is allergic to grasses, weeds, and clover so her belly, paws, and face gets wiped several times per day.
