How do I know ??

Hi everyone ,
How do I know if I'm feeding my puppy to much ?
He's 16 weeks,
Eats 2 cups a day ( three times a day )
Fromm puppy gold,on top of that I think he eats the other dogs food
Plus treats ,home made !

A puppy that is overfed will sometimes have runny poo. That sounds like a lot to me.
