Have Rosie on Natures Variety Instinct for puppies and she is 7 weeks old. Her poop is very very soft and she goes about 5 times a day. Have her in crate for day and makes a mess to where we have to bathe her. She does not care it seems where she goes.

A sensitivity to one of the ingredients will cause a dog to pooh a lot, and it'll be on the soft side. We had this issue with Bisou. She's absolutely allergic to sweet potatoes and yams, but has an insensitivity to potatoes. Once we removed all forms of potatoes from her diet, her stools immediately firmed up and she started going 3 times a day and her frame thickened up. She's down to twice a day now. She'd been going 11 times a day. Yeah, 11.
