looking for advice on this please

Hi all, i'm looking for advice, if anyone knows what this may be, took her to a few vets. none of them seem to know what it is ?
so far, They have given us medicated shampoo, histamine medication, zenerila tablets. also some steroids. but noting is clearing it up.
wondering if anyone has come across this before and could help in any way. she is eating/drinking and going toilet fine.

I posted on your other thread too…

try some of what i posted and see if you can get NuStock, it’s for horses, very smelly , but it really works in clearing skin issues.

Have any of the vets done a skin scrape to test?
