Additional Info: WooHoo! After months in foster care, little 7 ½ year old Tasha is ready for adoption. Tasha came into rescue when her previous owner had to go to a nursing home and leave Tasha behind. Tasha arrived into rescue with a bad skin and ear infection, most likely caused by an allergy. She was put on a course of antibiotics, some anti itch medicine and it all cleared up! This has been controlled by altering her diet, eating a high quality no-grain limited ingredient dog food, salmon oil, regular baths medicated baths, ears cleaned and it is no longer a problem. We were amazed how fast it all cleared up!
Tasha is housetrained, crate trained, leash trained, she loves car rides and is very calm and behaves well in the car. She is a gentle soul who is looking for the same in her new home. As sweet as she is, she has exhibited some dominant behavior with her foster sister, a 7 years old spayed female French Bulldog. She has not been evaluated with other dogs but she has lived the majority of her life as an only dog and may prefer to be the one and only or possibly an small, older male with a sweet temperament.
