Christine, Buster does the same thing to Ruggles. When Ruggles is snoozing Buster will lie down face to face with him and whine and cry; when that doesn't work Buster gets up and starts pouncing on Ruggles until he gives in and chases him! Our little guys are indeed PESTS! But they are cute pests!
