The grass is dying...

We take Jax out to the front yard to go the bathroom and his urine is starting to kill the grass. Are there any products that help with this or is this just the way it is? We rent our house and originally weren't allowed pets but the landlord agreed to make an exception for us so I would like to do whatever I can to save the grass.

I really don't know, but if you took a container of water out with Jax to pee and poured the water on the pee right away it would flush/dilute it.
I wish all renters were like you!

There are products out there, but I really do not hink any of them work..... I like Alice's suggestion... rinse the are right after he goes.

I would take water out with you and dump it over where he pees. When I had horses and would tie them out in my moms yard they would always kill the grass. I had to have the garden hose out so I could spray wherever they went so it didn't kill the grass.

I agree with taking water out there, that is about the best solution.
